How many times during your day do you forget or almost forget something?  For me, it can happen numerous times.  To keep track it takes work.  Reminders in calendars, notebooks, post-it notes… I even have a weekly playbook for each project that I’ve got on the go so things feel a little more organized.

I wish this second paragraph were shifting into a paid post, shameless plug or positive recommendation.  But, it’s not.  I don’t have a single solution for staying organized.  More so, gauging productivity would be even better.  It would help budget time and resources.

I feel at the end of most days that I have been extremely productive, but it would be nice to have something that actually quantifies.  Heck, I optimize for a living, shouldn’t I have a personal version?
